Help me pick a ring please!

I’m getting a ring for my birthday, budget is £250 maximum but less would be better. I want a dark blue sapphire as it’s just a beautiful stone, happy with silver or white gold all my other rings are either or as well.

We went to all the high street jewellers and didn’t see anything I liked, I’m in Yorkshire and have no access to jewellery quarters etc due to work and childcare, plus I don’t think there would be anything for my budget anyway.

I have found these two rings on Etsy and fallen in love but can’t decide between them. What does everyone think, or do you have any other suggestions? I need a ring size Q.

I think the natural blue sapphire is beautiful. Whilst the black sapphire is also lovely, I think the gold setting on the silver band spoils it

Definitely number 2! I got a sapphire ring when DS was born, similar price. Sapphires are lovely

Blue sapphire is beautiful. My engagement ring is in the same setting as that - really easy to wear.

Number two is winning at the moment then! I quite liked the contrast between the silver and gold colour on the first ring. I already have a diamond and sapphire half eternity where the stones are quite dark so maybe the lighter blue of the second one would be good.

Number 2 is beautiful.

I'm with the majority here, if go for the blue sapphire.
I really like the setting too, out of curiosity noseyness what does your half eternity look like? It sounds pretty.

I like the setting of number one the most but the sapphire of number two... Not much help! I think number one looks more unique but I do like very blue sapphires, that's just a personal preference though so if you like very dark stones then I would pick number one.

I’m hopeless @CookieSwirlC 😂 I do have such a soft spot for blue sapphire, my fiancé just bought me the most gorgeous pair of sapphire and diamond earrings to wear at our wedding so I am a tad biased maybe!

I have fat fingers and awful nails but here you go! It’s very simple but I love the solid lines of silver between the stones.

I prefer the one you chose as I don't like gold and I also think the blue goes better with your existing rings. I have an eternity ring a bit like yours which I haven't worn for ages - this is making me think about wearing it again!
