Has anyone ever ordered from them, was it good quality and what were the returns like? I keep seeing lovely things advertised online but never bought from them

I ordered a cardi from there recently. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed when it (finally) arrived; it was a totally different colour from how it looked in the photos and the quality was like something from a 90s market stall. I sent it back and they eventually processed my refund. Wouldn’t order from there again.
