Radley bag - zip broken

Hi all
I have a little radley bag that I have usually kept for going out - the zip has broken .
Is it worth trying to get it repaired or should I bin it?
It's not soft leather and would probably be quite difficult to do . It's a little tote. I'm really attached to it but I'm also trying not to hoard !

Try and get it repaired or bin it?

I had a Radley bag zip replaced a few years ago - was definitely worth it. Think it cost less than £20. You'll need to fine someone who does repairs though (I took mine to a small independent leather shop. Cobblers may be able to help though if they also replace zips in boots).

I hate the thought of binning anything that can be mended 😱

If you contact Radley themselves they are really helpful - I had a bag repaired and it didn't cost me very much.

I used to work in handbags in house of Fraser and we would regularly send bags back to Radley for repair when they were out of warranty but had broken.

Email customer services and explain what's happened.

Ah wow, I didn't know that they repaired them at Radley 🤦. Oh well, at least I supported the independent business (they did a good job too)!

Thanks all really helpful. It's a really sweet little bag so was sad at thought of binning it
I'll take it for repair
