Please help me find an eyeliner

I'd be grateful for suggestions for an eyeliner that stays on my oily eyelids and can cope with my watery eyes. I prefer a pencil, not liquid or pen, and charcoal rather than pure black. I'd like to get it from Debenhams as I have points to use.
Currently using Estée Lauder double wear stay-in-place eye pencil, but it doesn't stay-in-place, unfortunately.
Thanks

Sisley phyto kohl star. You will never look back!

The best pencils for staying on are M&S!

I've just discovered CYO liquid eye liner which I only use on outer but it has the most amazing staying power. Put it on for work & still there at end of day, no retouching required. And it's cheap.

£37! Shock Goodness Maria. I'll need to think about that!

You can go to the Sisley counter and ask to try it.

Kiko waterproof automatic eye pencil, my eyes leak constantly for the first hour I'm up every day (I think fellow commuters must think I hate my job as I look like I'm crying every morning on the train) and this just not budge

After a suggestion from a similar threads a few months ago I tried the Barry M pencil which is a couple of pounds from Boots. I wasn't holding out much hope as it's £15 cheaper than previously ones I have used but it really is just as good. I use in on my waterline and it doesn't budge

I use the Avon Mark Artist gel longwear pencil eyeliner - it stays on really well, it's a pencil but very soft and goes on easily without having to press hard

Lots of great ideas thanks

Clinique Quickliner.

They do a Charcoal in the Intense (rather than plain quickliner)

I've been using Quickliner in Moss ( now discontinued, buy it off ebay when I see it) for years. It stays put.

MAC do great ones.

Bluesheep8 · 10/05/2019 08:51

Any of the Avon eyeliners. Budge proof on oily lids.

PETRONELLAS · 10/05/2019 08:53

Charlotte Tilbury are so long lasting. I use the shadow stick as a smudged liner and love it. Even after a miserable day of sobbing I still had to wash it off.

JaneR0chester · 10/05/2019 16:13

From Debenhams, you could try Urban Decay - their eyeliners are supposed to be smudge proof (I don't use them tbh though, I use a Japanese one bought on online). Do Debenhams sell Bobbi Brown or MAC? Their gel eyeliner pots work really well and doesn't smudge, when I can be bothered with using a brush.

Greenglassteacup · 10/05/2019 16:14

I like NYX

Alsohuman · 10/05/2019 16:51

Another vote for Avon, their Glimmersticks are great. If you’re a Beauty Pie member they do a set of five gel eyeliners that are lovely - about £15 all up from memory.

I use Estee lauder double wear but the gel pencil, that doesn't move. I do also use the pencil and find that sticks with a shadow primer on underneath (smash box 24h, it isn't heavy doesn't annoy my eyes and the tube lasts FOREVER)
