I can't find any. I'm going to a warmish but could be wet city, and I don't want to wear my waterproof hiking shoes (too heavy and mase for cold) , but i don't want wet feet. Any ideas, please?

Oooh watching with interest. I love my sketchers but they are like wearing sponges on your feet when it's wet Shock

They are brilliant, but too warm for summer. Apparently they do GoreTex shoes too.

The GoreTex converse look great, though normal converse are too narrow for me. Might be worth a try. Any others?

True, muddy, I hate that squelchy, slippery feel.

Just reminded me of my tight git exh. Used to put carrier bags in his trainers so he didn't get wet feet!

How about these from Nike?

Adidas have plenty of gore-tex ones on their website, e.g. these.

Or if you look for trail running shoes on more sporty websites (Wiggle, Runner’s Need) you should find some more options.

Thanks for the ideas. Some of these look good. Failing that, I'll get some foot shaped plastic bagsShock
