Really gritty body scrubs

As the title says(!), what are your recommendations for a really gritty body scrub? Tried a couple recently that haven't been aggressive enough for my tastes! I love the St Ives apricot face one so was thinking the equivalent grittiness for body! Thanks Smile

I really like this Dove one, and the pomegranate version is nice too.

Unfortunately DD also likes it, and she goes through about half a tub in one go. I like a nice coffee scrub too, the Frank Body ones are nice and so are the Grounded ones. The coffee scrubs can be a little bit messy though.

Use salt or sugar.

Sanctuary spa rose. Very gritty & smells lovely.

I use an exfoliating soap bar. It's much less messy than the ones from a tub or tube, and I imagine it's less wasteful. I got my current one from the Yorkshire Soap Co, I think it's almond and walnut, and it's lovely and scrubby.
