Awful thighs!

I’ve had a baby and recently lost two and half stone. My legs have always been on the stocky size but my bum and thighs were firm before pregnancy. I went to buy a bikini yesterday and was shocked at the state of my thighs and bum! My bum looked saggy and my thighs were lumpy and it looked like they were retaining water! I don’t have as much time to exercise now but I try to keep fit and do parkrun on a Saturday.

Does one have any advise about what I could do to try to improve my thighs and bum?

Not an expert and don’t know what it is, but you could try body brushing or massaging them, and drink lots of water. To tone them more, weight training might be good (when you have time).

Well done on the weight loss. Strength training involving quite a lot of squats and similar would probably help. That has definitely helped me - it has sort of pulled my bum back up my legs and slimmed my thighs down. But there is unfortunately quite a lot of effort involved! And I didn't start until my babies were a lot older and I had more time/sleep.
