I ha e dermatitis on my hands as soon as the weather warms up and I'm reluctant to get yet another steroid prescription for it. Are there any creams/balms out there which smell nice too, not medical? Regular Hand creams irritate it. Thank you Thanks

O’Keefe’s Working Hands
Clinique Deep Comfort
CeraVe cream (the one in the tub)
Diprobase cream (ok, it’s “medicinal” but bland)
LaRoche Posay Cicaplast (they also do a ha d cream version of Cicaplast)
Ok, most of the above are fragrance free, since the fragrances are often irritants.
Dermalogica hand cream might be ok but is is expensive! I haven’t tried it but think it may have some essential oil extracts, do not fragrance free.
Aveeno Dermexa

That’s all I can think of!

Fragrance is the commonest irritant, especially essential oils - you really should avoid it. Having said that, I know fragrance can make creams more pleasant to use. And the cream you use regularly will be the most effective.

Blahblah has made a really good list above ^. They’re all great. I find Elizabeth Arden 8hour hand cream really good, if you can tolerate it, it’s quite scented.

Thank you very much!! I've taken a screenshot of that to take shopping.
