My skin is a state and I'd love some advice thank you.
I'm 38 have always had relatively clear skin but in the last couple of months it's been awful and I've been getting spots on my cheeks and on my forehead which I've never had before.
My skin is quite sensitive and on the dry side. Currently using Elemis micellar water, Elemis pro collagen marine cream as moisturiser and Clinique 'even better refresh' foundation. I use This Works rose cream cleanser in the shower in the morning.
I don't have a huge budget as all my salary goes on childcare but I need to sort my skin out.
I like The Ordinary products and Neals yard if anyone can recommend those in particular but am open to ideas. Thanks!

Have you changed your diet, lifestyle or skincare in the past few months?

I returned to work a month ago after 18months home w second baby, don't get enough sleep but that's been going on since dc1 was born 5 yrs ago. My skin was getting bad before I went back to work.
No change in diet. No big stresses

Sensitive and dry? Try a lactic acid after cleansing like Ren's Ready Steady Glow, a and then a good rose hip oil - the Inkey List is very good value.
