Anyone fancy finding me a beautiful new bag?

Must be leather, big enough for a couple of A5 notebooks, sunglasses, small make up bag etc and can wear over shoulder.

Not bothered on budget. Yes I know I could always buy a bench Wink

Have a look at htleather.co.uk

I've had one of his bags for over twelve years now & it's still going strong.

The ones on htleather are a bit chunky for my tastes.

I really like the Burberry belt but Burberry seem to have jumped a price bracket or three in recent years.

I've toyed with a LV neverfull but go through love and hate phases with LV.

Chloe Marcie

I'm a bag freak..... however, I just don't understand why someone would even consider spending just under a grand on a canvas bag (the LV neverfull)!!!

Fridaysgirl · 04/05/2019 16:53

But I digress.
How about the Coach CarryAll?

I think this is gorgeous for summer

@FridaysGirl

I never actually thought about the fact that it was canvas Shock I do think they age/wear particularly well though - they don't seem to get work and bent out of shape in the way that many bags of that style do.

I have a Chloe Marcie - love it but it's too small for work. I need to shove books and diaries and phones and make up bag etc in it.

My everyday bag is a large Mulberry Bayswater. Perfect size.

I’ve had it for 3 years and have abused it, so it’s looking a bit worn. Trying to find a replacement, but can’t see anything I like as much.

SpeckledyHen · 04/05/2019 19:35

Agree with Ed on the Bayswater . A pre -loved heritage one .
What colour bag are you looking for OP ?

OrdinarySnowflake · 04/05/2019 19:45

My work bag is a Mulberry Bayswater as well. Mine is 5 years old and still looks good. Good size for all my crap, can fit on shoulder and looks smart without looking overly formal, but is very heavy before you've added anything into it, so if I didn't commute by car, I'm not sure it would be much first choice.

Popuppippa · 05/05/2019 19:29

My current work bag is a Mulberry Maple and I love it; grab handles and shoulder straps. I have the large as I need to accommodate A4 papers but there's a small version too. Not sure if they're current but they come up regularly on Ebay. I have a Bayswater too, but I don't use it so much because of the flapover top.

Previous bag I used and liked was Michael Kors Travel tote, they're really well designed with loads of useful pockets.

I'm currently liking the large Strathberry Tote and have that pegged as my next work bag.
