Help me find jeans for an hourglass figure

O stylish ones, can anyone recommend an actual brand/model of jeans that suit an hourglass figure ... ahem with "cyclist" thighs?

I am hoping for something with a high waist, relatively small waist and bigger hips, room for aforesaid muscly thighs.

Probably not super-skinny, and not hugely flarey at the ankle, but open to anything else. I just want a pair that fit without having to pull it in with a belt!

Anything you would recommend? Budget prob up to £65 or so.

A bit over your budget, but if you could stretch, the Whistles barrel-leg jeans are amazing. (They have some on ASOS so you might get a bank holiday discount.) I love them so much I have navy, black, and light blue - all blight with discount codes.

I should add, I have a small waist, but hippy with thighs. Sadly not muscly cyclist thighs. I’m 5ft 6 and a 10/12.

Topshop mom jeans are good for me - small waist, big bum and thighs!

I'm a short hourglass and can only find jeans in Topshop. Just order a huge load of different styles and grimly try them all on at home!

Levi's have a curve range. They're very helpful with fitting if you ask them. They can also do alterations.

I have just bought these John Lewis ones and they are a great fit. Very forgiving. {wink} www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-partners-skinny-leg-high-rise-jeans/indigo/p3699600

Have you tried ‘Not your daughters’ jeans? The straight or bootleg ones are fab for - ahem - ‘womanly’ shapes! Regular priced ones will be quite a bit over budget but look for sales or on eBay.

I’m an hourglass and like Oasis “Lily” jeans.

Ooh watching this with interest, I have the same problem! I've been wearing some of the Next lift & shape ones but I'm falling out with them at the moment, they just don't go in enough at my waist!

Watching with interest. Have terrible trouble buying jeans.

Have you discovered the Sainsbury’s ones. They are so cheap and fit well. I went back and bought the black!

UserN0me · 02/05/2019 14:54

I think they are the straight leg ones. I’m a 10/12 and the 10 was perfect. I bought the short length even though I’m tall because I think they look better cropped. They are only £15 if I remember rightly!
