Help...upper lip waxed..

And now I have what looks like a shaving rash 😩😩 and lots of small white spots...any idea how to get rid before work in a couple of hours

Didn't they use some after wax lotion on it? Hopefully it should have claimed down by then, but if you are worried I would get some Femfresh post shave balm on it

There are a few different reasons you might develop these, but there's no way they'll be gone within a few hours.
