Suggestions for a really good hand cream, please!

I really feel I need to invest in a good cream to help my poor hands! I'm 47. Have been using Biomains by Biotherme, but I can only get it at airports/duty free, which is a pain. Also, I want something with a bit more clout, providing deep nourishment, help combat the wrinkles and make my hands look and feel smoother.
I'm happy to spend money on this - any suggestions?!

I used to have to wash my hands over and over on shifts (nursing) till they bled. I tried many hand creams and found smothering them in bodyshops hemp cream or Diprobase and putting cotton gloves on at night time to be the best thing for severely dry hands. But I know Arbonne (though I hate their MLM bollocks) do one that's supposed to remove aging spots.

Lush helping hands or Clarins.

Rituals do a lovely thick one... think it's the Dao collection - it's green. I really like it

I started using O’Keefe’s working hands a few weeks ago- absolutely amazing! I’m 48 and my hands looked 20 yrs older! This was so good I also started using their foot cream which is also amazing.

I have La Roche posay lipikar xerand hand repair cream

It wasn't expensive actually about £9 but I bought it after taking part in the la roche posay trial on MN and seeing how amazing their stuff was for dds dey skin.

It's the best handcream I have tried; I wash my hands a lot at school....

Burt’s Bees Almond and Milk hand cream is absolutely superb, widely available and not terribly expensive. Not tested on animals either.

Flexitol Heel Balm - put on before bed, I don't bother with cotton gloves but I think you could if you wanted, and it is MIRACULOUS. Overnight miraculous. You can pick it up pretty cheaply in Home Bargains.
