Is navy okay for a wedding?

I am going to a wedding in June. I haven't been to a wedding for years. Is navy okay? If so, would one of these dresses be okay? And, if so, what would you do for a coat/jacket/hat?

Don’t be tempted to switch up your usual style for something floaty or flouncy just because it’s a wedding. I think it’s a pity how weddings make people think they need to have something bright and florally and girlish if it’s not their usual style. You end up feeling uncomfortable all day. I think the ‘rules’ of wedding dressing are much changed.

I think it's ok but as it's a celebration I'd wear bright shoes or a statement necklace or something a bit festive. Just a navy dress can look a bit like you're going to work.

Those dresses are all very elegant

Yes to navy but the third dress looks v officy to me. Nothing wrong with elegant and simple but I’d want to dress these up a bit to make them more weddingy and less officy, maybe with non work appropriate shoes perhaps
