I am cool toned and I think I could get away with that colour.

I think that shade looks best on cool toned skin.

The blue one. The other will wash you out & I might be an old prude but I think it's too low cut.

As a Winter, I look the best in jewel tones (especially blue-based pinks), but silver works for me too. My makeup will be blue-based pinks.

For the combo (silver sequin top, tulle skirt), what shoes would be good? Sparkly ballet flats? Or silver heels?
