After 10 years working in a casual dress code office environment, I've got an interview for my dream job. It's a customer facing role at a small, niche company with a hippie ethos. And I have no idea what I'm supposed to wear!
Current staff tend to wear lots of flowy, loose clothes in natural fabrics so I don't think regular job interview/ business attire would be quite right, and I want to make a good impression and look like I'd be a good fit for the company, However, it's a sensitive role that involves extensive contact with clients so it's important I look professional and well groomed.
My personal style is gothy rock chick with some vintage, so I don't own anything suitable. I'm late 30s, petite (5ft 2), size 12, pale, with dark hair. I have a tattoo on my forearm so I need to wear something to cover it.
So what I'm looking for is something age-appropriate and flattering that's got the right vibes for the role, without being too casual or scruffy. It can't be black, either. My max budget for an outfit is £150.
