Every bloody summer I try and fail to find a casual jacket. My requirements aren't too ludicrous, I think: something I can chuck on, with pockets, more structured than a floppy linen number. My shape is the problem, I am a 16 hourglass, broad hips and shoulders, fairly short-waisted, so lots of jackets make me look really boxy. Denim jackets and drawstring waists with big patch pockets are everywhere, and they make me look crap. Standup collars are OK on me, though.
Am I asking too much?? Inspire me, please!!
