I'm 43 and have combination, deathly pale skin so would really like one that adds colour.

I really like the Clinique CC cream. I very pale and I've worn the two lightest shades. I'd go into a counter and get them to try them on you.

Only problem is it's £30 but it does last me ages. I wear full foundation to work, and this 3-4 times per week at home.

PS I'm combination skin too.

If you are truly pale, Nars does tinted moisturiser in a wide range of shades. Several very light ones. I dont think the Clinique ones are pale enough for truly porcelain skin tones and I find they oxidise after a while (turn orangey as they react with the oils in the skin).

I like the Bare Minerals one but I don’t know if it would go light enough for you.

I use my usual foundation and put a blob on the back of my hand, then put my usual moisturiser next to it and mix them together.

The Olay touch of sunshine (or something like that) facial moisturiser is fantastic, when I started using it I got so many people saying how 'well' I looked. I'm deathly pale without it.
I use it every day now, even in the winter. I buy it three tubes at a time when Superdrug do 3 for 2!
