Why can I see make up sitting on my skin? Also spf question

If I look really closely?

I’m using a cc cream, so not too heavy.

Any ideas?

Also do I use moisturiser then spf or spf then moisturiser?

Do both the products contain silicones if so they could be interacting with each other acting a bit like magnets do if that makes sense.

I can always see foundation sitting on women's skin.
