beginner here - best cream for bags under eyes

So, Facebook has for the last few days been trying to sell me a cream which massively diminishes under eye bags (I am over fifty and FB knows this, and some).

I realise that this is a total scam, but then started wondering if something did do anything like this as I have been using the same skin care for ages - and I thought that if anyone knew, you did.

I suspect that nothing ever does this, so won't be too disappointed if this is the case.

If it's Perfect Eyes, it does actually work. it can leave behind a white residue if you put too much on.
It's a quick fix though and wears off after around 6 hours.
Reducing bags I'm afraid is about diet, exercise and water. However a radiofrequncy tightening facial really helps to reduce mine.
