Trainers fans - how would you style these?

I have a few styling ideas but would like to hear from others as well.

Please don't come on and tell me that they're hideous- I know they're not everyone's cup of tea and that's fine.

I'd wear with a long (midi or maxi) floaty print dress, black probably, but pink or green would look nice too. Would also be nice with summer trousers - kind of style (I love these by they are too expensive and polyester which I don't want, but I'm looking for something similar)

They would only look good with sportswear.

Worn with a dress you would have to look like a model as only they can carry that look off.

I can see the appeal OP - and chunky trainers are definitely hot this season. I'd wear them with whatever you like really - I've seen people wearing similar with jeans, dresses and skirts. Go for it!

My first thought was charcoal grey - maybe a grey sweatshirt and pale wash blue jeans, skinny or straight leg? Would keep it vv simple.

Thanks for sensible comments. I love the gold and the chunky style, just not sure if hi tops might be more practical and a nicer silhouette with dresses and skirts. Hmmm....

Love them! They're great. And I normally think things that people post on here are fucking hideous

They're chunky and masculine so I would balance them out with a patterned midi skirt and plain t shirt. Or boyfriend jeans and t shirt with an oversized cardi.
