How do you pick a good one?
Or how do you know it suits?
Im wanting a change but not wanting to get a cut that makes me look terrible.

Ask someone with an amazing haircut for a recommendation, and go to the same stylist.
Give the stylist an idea of how you'd like your hair and hope for the best.
