What shoes with skirts for work?

Hi All
I generally wear skirts, black tights & boots for work. Now its getting warmer I need to come out of boots. What shoes do you/would you wear? Must have closed toes, not heels, not trainers etc I work for NHS in professional role.

Thank you both ... loafers might work? I don't find ballet flats comfy enough. Cam anyone recomend a nice pair of loafers? I worry i look like im wearing grandma slippers!

read or dead loafers I have these.

Clark’s are also good I have some Mary Jane style flats from there, like these
