Hello all,
I am having a big problem with my tummy as it is very big making look 5 months pregnant (it is ridiculous). I have dried diet, gym but no luck. So I wan to buy I very strong good shaper so that I can look normal when I dress up instead of looking like a pregnant woman.

Pls can someone recommend a good tummy shaper pls. The ones I have are not good at all as they only clinch the waist pushing out my the tummy more or the tummy still looking like I’m pregnant . Help someone pls

Have you thought about shapewear knickers which come right up to your bra? Spanx usually win the consumer tests and they have the Higher Power High Waisted Panties.

I have a very loose tummy due to weight gain & loss & gain & loss etc and I wouldn't be without these. They smooth me out enough to make me feel more confident.

If your tummy really looks that big and you're not otherwise large, you need to see your GP. I know it's not what you're asking, but it can be symptomatic of serious health conditions.

Thanks SteelRiver, I will look into getting Spanx.
NobaggyPants- thanks, I have gone to see the GP on 2 occasions and was told is fat but I don’t believe it at all and I want to go see a gynaecologist privately as I fill a lump at the top of my belly since I had my 2nd child & last child 4years ago and the doc said is the top of my womb (I think) that was soon after having my last baby and the lump is there. I am just confused. I starve myself sometimes but I am always sometimes bloated etc.
