I use DHC blotting papers and like them a lot. Less than a fiver a pack.
Muji also supposed to do good ones, but haven't tried them.

NYX do several versions, reasonably priced.

I would second StellaRae recommendation for DHC. They are quite big sheets and no powder. Some blotting sheets have powder which leave obvious powdery bits on your face.

If you like ones with a touch of powder, Boots do some and I don’t find they leave any trace of the powder. www.boots.com/beauty/skincare/facial-skincare/cleanser-toner/boots-skin-clear-oil-absorbing-sheets-50s-10246604. They’re pretty good and on 3 for 2.

I’m not a fan of primer any more. The SPF I use leaves a lovely smooth finish. I found most primers look good when you first apply them but didn’t do anything to prohibit oil later in the day. Blotting sheets all the way for me.
