Why can't I find swimwear that fits?

I am a size 14-16, massive hips, smallish waist, small boobs. I also have a long body. I have a proper costume, speedo, but this barely covers my nipples due to long body.

I've tried various tankinis, but invariably the top bit is either too small so it rides up over my hips to my waist, or too big so it flaps at the top because my small boobs don't fill it.

I really want to go swimming, so it needs to be practical for actual swimming in, not just wearing on beach. I don't have a massive budget. Why is it so hard to find something?

Oh oh oh Fig Leaves! They do long length ones! If you look on eBay you can find some quite cheap (new ones I may add).

Have you tried a longer length swimsuit? simply swim.

I used to have a Zogg one for training, It was from tk max, it was a longer bodied one.
