Exfoliator recommendations for ingrowing hairs

Due to extremely sensitive eczema prone skin, I epilate rather than shave my legs. Now have lots of ingrown hairs so even when smooth they look hairy Hmm
Pretty sure an exfoliator/body scrub would sort them out but I don't use any shop bought toiletries normally, literally just GP prescribed soap replacement and moisturiser due to afore mentioned eczema situation. So any recommendations for really gentle scrubs that will be tough enough to bring the pesky hairs out?

I would be tempted to try a specific product with salicylic acid instead of a scrub-but patch test first.

I use the body shop liquid peel as it gets rid of flakes without scrubbing. Maybe that would work? It's gross but really satisfying

Thanks all- I like the sound of the peel as am a bit of a sporner but the Tendskin looks like it would be more effective! Will give it a go (with patch test)

What about exfoliating gloves with special soap? Or with aqueous cream?

Ameliorate.

Ameliorate. No more ingrown hairs and got rid of my keratosis pilaris. Brilliant stuff.

Skin Doctors Ingrow Go has transformed my legs. I have very dark, coarse hair and was plagued with ingrown hairs before but don't have any now. It seems very gentle but obviously worth patch testing first Smile

Gloves are a great shout! And the Ameliorate looks good too. Thanks Smile
