Thick jeans recommendations

Can anyone recommend me any jeans with a thick material please? I find that most jeans nowadays seen to be thin material and stretch and go baggy very quickly.

I am looking for skinny, dark blue with a long leg as I am 6 foot. Thank you!

Any premium demin line uses proper denim. Mist are £££ though. I've found Levis and AndOr from John Lewis are both excellent and cheaper at around £100 a pair.

Hiut are proper denim, no Lycra but nicely cut, start at £150. And JohnnyQ, an Italian make sold into independent boutiques, cut well, but lots of Lycra, from about £90. Once you accept that you won't be paying supermarket or high street chain prices for jeans, I also rate Robell, which is German not Italian, and hovers at the range of £90-130, and Luisa Cerrano, likewise but £150-200.

COS and Arket are both okay I am told, but I have COS jeans, so I opt for them personally. Zara don't fit and nor do Boden for me. Uniqlo can be brilliant if they have a style you like and the size in stock, and would be my cheapest suggestion. Everything else is thin and sags on me. I wear jeans everyday, but fussy about them.

Topshop Jamie. Good quality, thick denim with stretch that holds shape and they are REALLY flattering. They have a multitude of colours and leg lengths.

I’ve got Jigsaw ones and they’re thick (but also stretchy). The skinny ones. Flattering too.
