Formaldehyde free Brazilian /Keratin hair treatment?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has had a formaldehyde free keratin treatment? I have my fringe straightened regularly but the fumes are awful. Hairdresser mentioned one that pregnant women used and its very pricey, but I've read somewhere it also turns one of the chemicals into formaldehyde... So is it really safe?

Does anyone have a place and treatment they could recommend in London? I've got really dry crispy frizzy hair and have spent a hideous fortune on a million different serums conditioner etc...

Thank you

I'm not in London but maybe search for a salon that offers QOD it doesn't claim to be formaldehyde free but it's gentle and doesn't make eyes water.

I do my own using this - formaldehyde free. It does smell strongly of toffee popcorn imo. You'll definitely need windows open. www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B01N3AMMX5?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_image&tag=mumsnetforu03-21

I have been really impressed with the results and will purchase it again.
