Glow tonic/toner that doesn't need cotton pads

Does such a thing exist?

I have dehydrated dull skin which is also combination. I bought lots of new skincare two weeks ago to target the above and am really liking the result.

I started to use the REN ready steady glow aha tonic, after my cleanser, which is great but needs cotton pads to apply it.

Can anyone think of a way to either apply it effectively without cotton pads, or recommend a similar product that can be used without cotton pads? I thought a face cloth or muslin would absorb too much product but id really like to cut down on the cotton pads.

Thanks!

I'm a total convert to the washable cotton/bamboo pads, they're perfect for applying toner. I bought some from etsy and they come with2 little bags for clean and dirty and you wash them in the bag to stop them disappearing in the machine!

Etsy has loads of reusable cotton pads or it'seasy to run up your own if you are so inclined. Use fleecy cotton or even thin fleece fabric.
