Skin bumps after bikini wax

Been having Hollywood waxes done for a few years, at the same salon, but recently have been plagued with red bumps on my pubic area, like spots.
The beauty therapist said they are ingrown hairs: they don't irritate, but look very unsightly.
I've tried exfoliating, moisturising, Sudocrem, Skin Doctor Ingrown Hair solution, and Waxperts pads, but nothing works.
I've given each product a fair trial, to give it a chance to work, but no joy.
Any suggestions?

Aloe Vera gel after a shower , and when you wash rub the top part of your bikini area in small circles.

I used to get this when I waxed.

I use femfresh post shave balm - comes highly recommended

If it was your first wax, it wouldn’t surprise me. But if this has only happened after recent visits and you are regularly waxed, l would question the wax used.

If you are a regular customer, you may feel some loyalty, but personally, l would consider changing salons.
