As the title says...
Any recommendations for make up artists whose tutorials you find hellpful or inspiring please?
I've been watching that Glow Up programme on the iPlayer and have really enjoyed it.
I'm not very artistic but I love make up and watching the pros do it.

The main one I can think of OP is Pixiwoo, they are 2 sisters, both professional MUAs and owners of the Techniques brushes.

I follow so many but only they are standing out right now.

Lisa Eldridge

I enjoy Tati, NikkiTutorials and Jefree Star. They are a mix of tutorials and reviews.

Wayne Goss Smile

Caroline Barnes

Suzy from AYU, an Irish makeup artist who uses a mix of high end and high street products. I find her videos really informative and easy to follow.

Caroline Barnes is my fave.

Jamsangwich · 08/04/2019 16:44

I like NikkieTutorials, Zabrena, Jamie Genevieve (very glam), and for eye looks that are breathtaking, An Knook.

Jamsangwich · 08/04/2019 16:47

I forgot Desi Perkins. She does some amazing special effects type makeup which I think you'd enjoy if you're having fun watching Glow Up.

Lisa Eldridge. Brilliant mua, really friendly and relatable. I've learnt so much from her. Plus love the chat she has going on with her guests, when she had Yasmin Le Bon on it was like listening in to old friends.

iamH · 08/04/2019 19:21

Lisa Eldridge. I find her looks very wearable

Lisa Eldridge.

I find most of the others use far too much makeup for my taste. Lisa uses products so sparingly and still gets a great result. I like her skincare advice too.

girlofthenorth · 09/04/2019 00:26

Trinny from Trinny and Susannah - her IG videos are fab !

Beautifullymixed · 09/04/2019 14:36

Sugar Puff and Fluff, Pampered Wolf, Mel Thompson and
Thataylaa really know their stuff.
I also love Saaammage (as she is my exact foundation twin, and saves me money), and Jackie Aina, who also knows her stuff too.
More favourites are Allie Glines, Thrift Thick and Nyma Tang.
I spend far too much time watching make up tutorials....Blush

Housewife2010 · 09/04/2019 16:40

Hannah Martin. She did Princess Eugenie's wedding makeup and is very personable.

PinkysEars · 09/04/2019 20:13

Agree with PP re Lisa Eldridge.

Also worth looking at John Maclean.

HedgingMyBets · 09/04/2019 20:15

Is Lisa Elridge the one that’s been going for donkeys years with the snoring dogs? Shock

PinkysEars · 09/04/2019 20:38

Turns out I'm an eejit. I meant Lisa Potter-Dixon.

There's also Make Me Up Missa.

Destinesia · 09/04/2019 20:42

Caroline Barnes

Lisa Eldridge and Wayne Goss.

If you’re 40+ then Hot and Flashy is good too.

SarahBeeney · 09/04/2019 23:16
