I appreciate it may not be to everyone’s taste - but I do love opals and have been looking for a black one for a while so am very pleased with it
I actually went out with DP looking for some earrings but nothing quite did it for me until I saw this

I’ve been ok with rings so far - but have just sold an opal bracelet set in gold as I kept bashing and chipping the stones
DM and DF gave me money for birthday so on the hunt for some earrings at some point
I always buy antique or secondhand so will keep looking
