I'm in despair about my wrinkly neck, it's so much worse than my face (which isn't too bad) and I just don't know what to do about it. It's so incredibly ageing. Sad

Anyone got any recommendations for any moisturisers/serums/treatments that actually work?

Retinol and microneedling.

Thanks for your reply!

What retinol product would you recommend, and what's microneedling?

Someone posted on here before a cream you can get in m&s.

Any idea what it was called, Watching?

Watching with interest as I’ve got the same problem (late 50’s here). I personally doubt that retinol would make much difference to a saggy neck.

I’m thinking of going down the “tweakments” route - Prohilo or Nefertiti neck lift. Has anyone tried anything like this?

In fairness Luna, nothing short of surgery will do much for a saggy neck but retinol and microneedling will most certainly help the quality of the skin.

Start slowly with retinol. Something like The Inkey List is a good intro. Microneedling uses a small dermaroller to kick start collagen production.

Prai is the cream. I've got it. It's a lovely cream but a moisturiser isn't going to achieve much but then again, it does have excellent reviews.

I've had profhilo in my face and it did less than absolutely nothing but again, it might be worth investigating. It may well be more effective on the neck.

Thanks for all the replies- really appreciated.

I have thought about Profhilo but I've heard very mixed reviews.

The only thing that has ever made a difference to me is Environ AVST which I used to get from beauticians, but my skin started reacting after a while and I had to stop using it.

Thanks Ruggy! That sometimes seems to the case with these new “wonder” treatments. I’d hate to spend £££ and see zero difference.
