Hi, I've been thinking of getting a lash lift, are they worth it? I'm bit worried about potential allergic recations. Also, can they make them subtle or is it an all or nothing thing?

Yes the shield size used affects the level of lift. It also depends how long your lashes are.
Imo the more lifted the better!
