Covering a varicose vein?

I’ll bung a bit of self tan on my legs ,but l have a smallish varicose vein on the inside of my leg... is there a good strong waterproof make up type thingy around.
That you might have used ? I’ve seen a few bits /but no idea if they actually work?

Have you tried the Sally Hansen spray on stuff? It's leg make up and waterproof. It washes off but you have to scrub to get it off.

There’s a Kat Von D concealer that will cover tattoos...also huda beauty one is waterproof.
