Has anyone bought anything from Secret Sales?

It's an outlet site.

First order took two weeks to arrive, I was a bit but thought it could be a glitch.

Second item took six weeks, so I emailed the company and got a one line answer to say it would be seven days. No apology.

The item arrived but I didn't like it, so went on the site to organise a return. It's £3.50 to return an item and you have to print you're own label off. I emailed again, complaining about having to pay and general lack of customer service, have had no reply.

I hope this isn't just me. What a shit show.

I’ve bought from there before. Items are heavily discounted and sometimes take several weeks to arrive. Brand Alley are exactly the same. You are best ordering from sales that state delivery within the next few days.
You’re being unrealistic if you expect heavy discounts, instant delivery and free returns to be frank.
