big busted swimwear - help!

Where do all the big busted MN'etters get their swimwear from? I have a lovely one from Bravissimo - but its looking a bit threadbare and I can't justify £50 for a swimming costume at the moment.

I'm a 34H and no I can't just buy a cheap one with one of those crappy 'support mesh' things inside. I need full on underwire or at least some incredibly strong elastic! Is there a cheaper option I can try? Thank you

I got my tankini is from Bravissimo. It's brilliantly supportive.

Have a look at Figleaves.com - it's here I get most of mine from (36G)

Lungelady · 05/04/2019 17:22

I second Fig leaves...Just got 4 bikinis there 36G.

100% Asos, they do a fuller bust/DD+ range as well as a couple of brands on there that are also DD+. Plus easy returns if they're unsuitable!

Freya or Fantasie

Magisculpt are brilliant. Not necessarily underwired. But support this 38FF really well. Although before I discovered this brand I did temporarily use a non supportive costume with a bra underneath!

Buy in the sale (Navabi, Lands End etc) or set up a search alert for your size on eBay. I've picked up really good quality brand new stuff that's currently on sale the way.

Leia lingerie worth a look

In the past I have found a bra sized bikini in Primark under-wired and did the job for £5 - not the nicest or the most supportive - I wouldn't be playing beach ball in it - but for a cheap bikini - it wasn't bad at all.

Eminybob · 06/04/2019 08:16

Simply be have a load of magisculpt costumes in the sale - £15 down from £45 for example.
Limited sizes though.

Aridane · 06/04/2019 08:34

eBay!

idlevice · 06/04/2019 08:44

32G here. I have bought a couple of cheap ones & sewed an old bra in. I cut out any existing support sling eyc & sewed it by hand at a couple of strategic places so it won't show & on one cut the straps off as they were showing. Not ideal but cheap.
