Flat shoes for every day use

I need to get some flat shoes for everyday wear. They need to be comfortable for school runs etc. I currently live in converse but think I need something smarter. I have had ballet flats from Next but haven't found them so comfortable recently. I'm a size 7, budget up to £100. I am mid 30s. Any ideas?!

Sketchers do a large range, some smart/casual shoes that are incredibly comfy.

What do you wear with loafers in the way if socks? None mean cold feet and smelly shoes but I think socks showing looks weird. The foot liner things are OK but often they slip off. Any thoughts?

Skechers! I have smart black slip on trainers at the moment but they have more shoe-like or trainer like options depending on what you are looking for.

I've just bought myself a pair of Allbirds trainers and basically haven't taken them off. Have had lots of compliments too!

Black loafers with black socks really doesn’t look weird. It looks put together.

I wear the silicone lined foot liners from Primark with loafers, they don't slip.

Flesh coloured pop socks. Bit minging but you can't see them when you have trousers on.

I get the Next ones, but always go for the signature forever comfort ones.
