Help me find these shoes, please!

My friend has asked for a pair of shoes for her birthday, the requirements are:

Block heel (not stacked)
Thick strap over the toes
Nude colour (or gold metallic)
Size 4 or 4.5
85-95mm heel
Not loads going on around the ankle but happy with a thin ankle strap

I showed her the attached photo and she loves them but they are £££s. So I need something similar for £150 (ideally nearer £100!) xx
