Sanne Vloet. Not because she's so slim (although she is, & being so tall makes her look even more so), but because despite being model she has a great attitude to food. She does do quite a bit of exercise though - it's probably a prerequisite of the job.

Also, Audrey Hepburn - classic elegance.
Audrey Tautou - to me she just represents the epitome of French style - understated yet bold, not overdone.

For your first question, remember that when we see these women they have usually had the benefit of professional hair, make up, designer clothing, flattering lighting etc. I'm sure some of them still look stunning even on an 'off' day but I've seen enough of those 'stars without make up' features to know quite a few of them are nothing special without a bit of 'help'.

As for your other question, I think models in particular are often insecure about their looks. When your entire career is based on only one thing - how you look - that's got to be great in one way, but not so much in another. There's always going to be someone younger, taller and thinner.

I dont go WOW at celebrities, they have there personal trainers, chef's, people to put there make up on etc, i've seen many a pretty girl on the check out's at Asda, Tesco etc.

Oh i seen Kate Middleton a couple of year's ago, she's quite average looking and very very thin
