Hey, so I've bleach bathed my hair a few times, or I've coated my hair in coconut oil and put the bleach on top.
I'm using 20 vol as I've previously burned my hair off with higher vols.
My roots have gone a lovely pale blonde, my ends have gone a lovely pale blonde, but my mid shaft just doesn't seem to be getting much lighter than a mousey brown.
It literally doesn't seem to be doing anything.
What do people suggest?
Do I use a higher volume on my mid shaft? Just bleach the brown bits on their own to see if they lighten up?
I'm just stuck looking a bit silly.
So far my hair is still feeling pretty good condition, so I'm quite happy with the fact it's not fallen out, but not happy with the colour!
