I've not seen a thread like this in a while!

My wardrobe is the equivalent of Groundhog Day so I need some inspiration to spark it up a bit, especially with regards to accessories!

Fantastic photos everyone! A day off with brunch and the theatre today so:

• topped off with a beige tweed cape (Sands & Hall)

I was thinking about why I mention brands, to PPs' points: I do it because think it is interesting to show the mix of cheap and high end brands and also - if there is anyone who particularly likes something I am wearing, they know where to get it (or where to find a similar style if the item is from previous seasons)

I don't post pics because I'm a fat at the moment (I'm working on it) and feel self conscious as I'm sure no one need to see my mum tum and lardy arse.
Photos are great but I still like hearing what people are wearing, and as to saying people are lying about what they are wearing you could say that about anything that's typed online and seriously why would you bother?

Thanks @Ellapaella, that makes up for my totally busted shopping trip today, I mined Harvey Nicols and Selfridges from top to bottom and came back empty-handed and very depressed about my middle-aged midrif. I was in the market for skirts or dresses and just ended up in an extreme funk about my peri-menopausal shape. I didn't even take myself for a nice lunch because I spent so much time trying to find something and then got so pissed off I didn't feel like it. Grrr.
