I've just bought an IPL machine to try to get rid of some really nasty hairs on my lip. I have Googled this loads but I'm still unclear - is it best to shave your lip before each treatment? I am really terrified of foing that.... If the treatment doesnt work I'll have stubble for ages....And how frequently should I be zapping it? The instructions with it are useless.
