I love Meghan's jacket and I'd like something similar for spring. Any ideas?

I just bought this one from Uniqlo, it’s very nice but it’s completely unlined. I’m still dithering whether or not to keep it tbh.

There's a hollister one very similar on the next website if you filter to green jackets - I'm looking for a very similar jacket !! Also Superdry have some very nice military jackets at the moment
