Maintenance- How often?

I'm trying (again) to become more polished. I think one place i really fall down is regular maintenance. Can you all tell me how often I should be having any of the following to keep looking smart?
Manicure
Pedicure (good enough to wear sandals to work, I've literally never had one before.)
Eyebrow threading
Eyebrow tinting (dark hair already, but this seems to make them more groomed.)
Haircuts (should I really get it cut every 6 weeks?)
Is there anything else I'm missing or not thinking of?

Manicure - gel, every 2 weeks approx
Pedicure - gel will last around 4-6 weeks
Brow shape/tint depends on age (if you do or don't have greys!) but approx monthly
Hair depends on style, I have roots every 5 weeks ish but only cut every 10 as it's long
Wax every 2-3 weeks or try IPL and be done with it for good

Manicure, I do my own gels every 2-3 week

Pedicure. I do my own gel polish 6-8 weeks (my nails hardly grow! And file/moisturise my feet every 2 week.

Threading I get done every 4 weeks and I tint my own brows every 2-3 weeks depending what I have on as I like dark brows.

Haircuts I go over 8-10 weeks could do with going more frequently but I hate it and I get the fear.

Waxing/hair removal every 4 weeks

Moisturise every day after a shower and before bed.

Botox every 4-5 months

Manicure - do at home with regular polish every three days or so
Pedicure - every Friday night, again, at home with regular polish
Eyebrow threading - once a fortnight
Eyebrow/lash tint - again, DIY, using the same stuff they use at the brow place (Strictly Professional, bought from Amazon) once a month or so
Haircut - every five weeks religiously at an Aveda salon
Hair colour - every five weeks or so, again, I buy salon colour from Sally’s, do it myself
Don’t wax as my hair grows so quickly it’s pointless. Daily shaving in summer if flesh is being bared, otherwise once a week minimum in opaque tight/sleeves weather (most of the year!)
Once a week I do a clay face mask, then a sheet mask
Professional cleaning at the dentist every three months for sparkly white teeth

I probably sound tight with all the home stuff, but I prefer to spend the money on clothes/beauty products!

Thanks all, those are pretty comprehensive routines.
I think I need to really make sure I set aside regular time and budget for maintenance and be strict on things like moisturizing my body and applying foot cream.

I think it depends on your lifestyle, but I try to look polished with as little effort as possible. For me that means botox every 6 months or so, IPL rather than shaving, nails are kept short and buffed to a shine. I moisturise after every shower and have upped my skin care routine to include Vit C, spf 50, acid toner and retinol - means my skin looks good without too much make up. Brows I tint myself every few weeks and just pluck any strays - takes 10 minutes tops. I do colour my roots every 3-4 weeks, which is a huge pain, but needs must. In order to combat the damage to my hair I co-wash every 4-5 days, leave it to air dry and then curl with a straightener. I pineapple it at night (google this) and it means my hair stays styled until washed again - major time saver for me. The biggest change has been paying more attention to what I wear - I have found if you are wearing nicer clothes then the rest of you looks effortlessly polished. I know this is obvious, but I had forgotten it during the early motherhood years Grin

Thanks LighteningStrikes. I am right there in the early motherhood, I actually have someone coming to help.me sort the clothes next week before I return to work after maternity. I figure if I'm going to this expense I may go whole hog and make sure it sticks. Im going to check out the pinapple hair thing now as I feel like I can never break out of my ponytail hair rut.
