I've lost weight recently and have 4 boob from too much boob fabric in the cups.

I measured yesterday myself at 30/37 so in thinking 30ff?
I have a load of fantasie Rebecca bra in 32f which are giving me said cup issues and are too loose on the band.
I need a slightly padded cup as I have nipple issues, thanks bf.
Lace irritates me.
I have 2 balls in a sock boobs.

Is that enough info?

My question is should I just stick with the same brand I like but in a different size?
What other brands do you suggest?
Would 30ff be about right?

No bra shops under a 40- 60 minute drive except a Sadie the bra lady if you have heard of her?

Thanks and help please.

is the over bust measurement leaning or standing? Can you explain the issue, is the boob climbing out of cup? So cup too small? If that's the case, going from 32F to 30FF will not help, as that's the same cup size.

Rebecca is a bit funny shape for me, as the bra edge is tight and it ends before my boobs do . so even if it's the right size, it still presses on breast tissue and creates a funny bulge. If that's the issue you have, try a different shape, like a half-cup.

Leaning over measurement.
There is to much fabric in the cup now and bulging out creating a fold/ bulge.

The cups are too big.

Too much loose fabric at the top is often a problem with boobs that hang and don't have much fullness at the top. Padded and moulded cup bras like rebecca also don't mould to your shape very well so exaggerate the issue.

As PP mentioned, see if you can find some lower balconettes or half cup bras.

Boobs that hang would be accurate Grin

Any particular brands/names to try?

Freya Lauren, Jewel Garden, Pin Up, Afterglow, Popart, Utopia, Sassy

Fantasie Marianna, Sofia, Mae - they look lacy but it's only on outside.

Curvy Kate is worth a try, too, though I don't like wearing padded bras so can't recommend any particular models.

Can you get to UNIQLO? Their bras are fabulous. You have just described my boobs (shape and nipple sensitivity). They have several shapes and styles and wash well. You won’t need to re-mortgage.

You measure the same as me, I'm in a 30f. I wear Cleo lexi atm, used to wear maddies but they discontinued. I like padding and I need a balconete style as I'm empty at the top.
