High waisted bikini plus size

I'm looking for a high waisted bikini that comes quite high above my belly button to cover some scarring - had anyone seen one that doesn't cost a lot? I'm a size 20 and also pregnant so will only need it for the one holiday hence not wanting to spend loads on it.

Would it be better to go for a tankini and cover top down rather than bottom up?
I think by the time you've got knickers way above your tummy button they're going to join up with your bra.

No there will be plenty of space between and I've got tops just need some bottoms
