Anyone know about Oasis sales?

I came across this jumper as I was browsing in John Lewis a few weeks ago, and I've decided I like it very much and want to own it.

But I never buy things at full price if I can help it, so was wondering if I can expect a sale any time soon? Any ideas?

I may be wrong but I think these type of jumpers from there usually sell out really fast, I've tried for a few similar ones before. I'd just buy it now. I think Quidco do cashback on Oasis if that helps .

Argh. I love it, but am not used to spending that much on one item of clothing.

Quite a few places stock oasis clothes so it might be worth trying to find a discount for one of them (I find house of Fraser was cheapest for mine)

Yes I agree this will probably sell out quickly. If it is reduced, have a look on the Debenhams and House of Fraser websites as they stock Oasis.

When I looked at it, an offer flashed up of £10 off a £50 spend; I know the jumper is £38 but you could get something else for 'free'?

Some airports have an Oasis with duty free style prices (Stansted definitely does), so you could check there if you're planning on flying anywhere in the near future? Or if you know someone who is and would be able to pick it up for you?

Is Oasis a good brand? Do their jumpers last well? 100% cotton - will it shrink? etc etc.

Can't say much about whether or not it will go into the sale but can say I love Oasis and generally find their clothes are decent quality and last well. I'd be swayed too with the 100%cotton as I am trying to avoid man made fibres ie polyester. I too tend to wait until their sale as while I do think their prices are reasonable, they are still slightly above what I would normally pay. Have you tried searching the voucher sites to see if there are any discount codes?

And Buster I know, I took a risk. :D But they have so many lovely jumpers on sale for £15 or so at House of Fraser. Just not that one!

Received the jumper the other day and it's luuuuverly. Good fit - bought size M and I am a 10/12 on top so there's room to wear a shirt underneath should I so desire. Terrified of possibly shrinking it, though!

I think I may be sold on Oasis jumpers and will now attempt to restrain myself from the sales.
