I look old

Am 40 this year. In the last 6-12 months I’ve noticed I’m ageing. I’ve stepped up my exercise regime about 18 months ago..and perhaps I have a ‘runners face’.

I’m not happy.

I look drawn and lined and tired.

Can anyone recommend anything? I’m sure I’ve read here about retinol. Does anyone have a specific link I could look at please.

Thank you

Clarins golden glow booster. I mix it in with spf moisturiser, Aldi. I’m eating lots of good fat, cutting out refined sugar, sunglasses all year around

To some extent I think you can't have it all.....

I am sure you are really benefiting from the running so it may be you have to adapt that so that it doesn't take such a toll? I do understand - a colleague had the same thing happen when she took up running. She lost loads of weight and felt great but she did get lots of lines and looked sort of permanently windswept Grin

Sunglasses as liverpool advised should help. Do you wear high SPF every day and put it on in good time before you go out?
